The Summa Health Smart Start Program is dedicated to developing and strengthening our employees and future members of the workforce through a variety of educational and certification programs. Skills attained through the Smart Start program will help participants thrive in the increasingly competitive workplace and build a career at Summa Health.

 

Many of these programs are supported through meaningful partnerships with community-based organizations as well as local community colleges and educational institutions. We are proud to partner with several community organizations to offer impactful programs that will grow the local healthcare labor force.

 

Current College Students: Current students of Stark State have the opportunity to participate in our Smart Start Program at Stark State. Contact your school administrator for more information.

 

Non-students and Summa Health Employees: Programs are available with partnering colleges in a number of fields, including Medical Assistant to help you get an education in one of these chosen career fields.
