The Community Benefit and Diversity department leads efforts to address health disparities and other important community needs, and to raise awareness of health and healthcare issues affecting the communities served by Summa Health.

This innovative department is dedicated to providing wellness and educational tools, facilitating economic development programs, developing community partnerships and communicating Summa’s benefit to the community. We also engage the community and Summa's workforce within the system and throughout the community.
