Parking/Valet Parking

Summa Health System - Akron Campus and Summa Health System - St. Thomas Campus:

Valet parking is available at the main entrance.

• Monday - Friday: 5:30 am - 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday 9:00 am. - 8:00 p.m. - Summa Health System - Akron Campus only

Parking lots and garages are attendant-free and offer improved convenience and more options for payment including credit cards and cash. All pay stations are identified by signage throughout the campus of Summa Health System - Akron Campus and Summa Health System - St. Thomas Campus and/or the respective parking garages. Locations are listed below:

• 75 Arch Street, East Pavilion Parking Garage (ground floor lobby, 2nd floor bridge area and 5th floor lobby)
• 55 Arch Street, South Pavilion Parking Garage (ground floor garage lobby)
• 141 N Forge Street, Adolph Deck Parking Garage (1st floor bridge area)
• 95 Arch Street, Hamlin Pavilion Parking Lot
• 161 N Forge Street, Cooper Pavilion Parking Lot
• Summa Health System - St. Thomas Campus (first floor hospital lobby)

Visitors still can purchase daily, weekly and monthly passes at a reduced cost from Summa Health System valet services located at the main entrance, valet office of the Akron Campus only. 

Other discounts include Golden Buckeye discount vouchers, saving seniors $1.00 off their parking and free parking for inpatients on the day of their discharge. Golden Buckeye discount vouchers and parking validation tickets for discharged inpatients are available at the following locations:

• Summa Health System - Akron Campus and Summa Health System - St. Thomas Campus Ground Floor Help Desks
• Summa Health System - Akron Campus 2nd Floor Help Desk
• Summa Health System - Akron Campus Valets at Main Entrance
• Summa Health System - Akron Campus and Summa Health System - St. Thomas Campus Security Station

Should you experience any problems, call boxes are located at the garage exits. You will be connected with the security department(s) of Summa Health System - Akron Campus and Summa Health System - St. Thomas Campus.

For your convenience, plan ahead and use the Summa Health Way Finder. Get step by step directions starting from home to the best parking location based on your destination. On site kiosks are also available throughout the campus or download the Way Finder mobile app, available for iOS or Android. 

Summa Health System - Barberton Campus Parking/ Valet Parking:

• Visitor parking is available at no charge
• Valet parking is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm for a nominal fee.

Summa Health Wadsworth-Rittman Medical Center:

• Visitor parking is available at no charge.
