Payment Options

If Summa Urgent Care & Corporate Health participates with your personal health insurance provider, we will file a claim with your insurance provider. If there is an outstanding balance once the insurance company has satisfied its responsibility, the patient will be billed.

If Summa Urgent Care & Corporate Health is does not participate with your health insurance provider, we will file the claim with your insurance; however, payment is required at time of service. If Summa Urgent Care & Corporate Health receives payment from your insurance, you will be issued a refund. You will receive notification from your insurance company as to how they processed your claim. Often times, out-of-network benefits can be as favorable as in-network benefits, so you will want to check with your insurance provider.
