Runners Video Gait Analysis

For runners looking to improve their gait, a video gait analysis can be combined with physical therapy to identify deficiencies and provide corrective exercises.  The analysis is completed by an athletic trainer or physical therapist that specializes in gait analysis.

The runner is videotaped from the front, back and side.  The clinician then slows the tape down and explains the analysis of the running stride.  The benefits of efficient running form include: faster race times, less running-related injuries and more enjoyable running days.
