Do You Have Sleep Apnea? Take Our Quiz.

About 70 million Americans suffer from chronic sleep problems. Are you one of them? It’s one thing if you don’t get enough hours of sleep because of a busy schedule. But sometimes, that lack of energy and excessive sleepiness you experience may mean you have a sleep disorder, such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Studies suggest an estimated 80% of moderate-to-severe OSA cases have gone undiagnosed. Left untreated, OSA can shorten your lifespan by decades.

Complete this simple quiz to see if you are at risk for obstructive sleep apnea.
