Summa Health Primary Care Leadership Council

Our mission: The Summa Primary Care Leadership Council provides an opportunity for members to lend their expertise and support to the effort of establishing Summa Health as a leader in transforming primary care through population health management. Members contribute their professional and business expertise as well as valuable feedback on their own patient experiences providing guidance that will help shape the future of primary care at Summa. Members will assist Summa Foundation with fundraising efforts in support of patient care initiatives, clinical research and medical education for future generations of physicians and scientists.
