The Cancer Research Program was established in 1988 and conducts NCI-funded cooperative oncology group and pharmaceutical industry-sponsored clinical trials. Summa Health System is a full member of the NRG Oncology. Clinical trials are conducted through the Clinical Research Center (CRC).
The Cancer Research Program provides cutting-edge investigational cancer treatment to the Summa Health community. This Program allows cancer patients the opportunity to enroll in clinical trials close to home, family and friends.
