Life After Stroke Support Group

Life After Stroke provides a forum for stroke survivors and their families to share ideas and solve problems after stroke. A health professional from Summa's rehabilitation staff facilitates each meeting, with community speakers lending their expertise on successful living after stroke. Please join our group to receive:

• Information related to post-stroke concerns and stroke prevention
• Opportunities to discuss experiences in a supportive setting
• Healthy coping strategies to improve quality of life

Registration is not necessary. Meetings are free of charge. Free parking and refreshments are provided.
