Daniel Bennett, MD is a certified interventional cardiologist. A native of St. George, he received his Bachelor of Science in neuroscience with a minor in business from Brigham Young University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Utah School of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI and his cardiology fellowship at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX.

The significance of the patient-physician relationship and the potential to help people in meaningful ways attracted Dr. Bennett to the field of medicine. He values the opportunity to connect with people on a personal level. As a cardiologist, he loves helping people understand the heart as well as hearing patients express how they are able to enjoy life more fully after a successful treatment.

While at the University of Utah, Dr. Bennett developed an appreciation for the rural and underserved communities of Utah and hopes to find ways to continue to serve those communities throughout his career.

Dr. Bennett met his wife at Brigham Young University with whom he has five children. When he is not in the office, he loves spending time with his family in the outdoors hiking and camping, boating, and playing golf and tennis.
