Bio	Edward Prince has always had a lifelong interest in health, and when he combined that with his woodworking skills that have made his hands useful, orthopedic surgery was a natural career choice. When first attending medical school, he liked the idea of surgery early in his studies. He volunteered to rotate with an orthopedic surgeon and after his first hip replacement, he was hooked. Dr. Prince earned his bachelor of science in biology from the University of Utah, then continued his education at the Medical College of Wisconsin earning his medical degree (MD) with AOA honors. Additionally, he is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Prince loves improving the quality of life for his patients and helping them to walk again. He performs a lot of hip and knee replacement surgeries, which helps him to hone his skills and improve patient outcomes. He enjoys complex revisions of both hip and knee replacements and enjoys solving the various issues that can occur with these procedures. Outside of work Dr. Prince enjoys spending time with his family and dog. He also tries to ride his bicycle for 8 to 10 hours per week. very personable & professional.

When I arrived, I had only a 4-5 minute wait before being called back. All the technicians were were very personable & professional. The young lady who took my vitals was prompt, answered a question I had & took me back for X-rays of my knee in question. There was absolutely no waiting. Dr. Prince reviewed my X-rays with me & being the consummate professional that he is, explained everything wrong with my knee & suggested a knee replacement. Dr. Prince replaced my hip 3 years back & everything he told me about the surgery was to a “t” (including the recovery), I chose a date for my surgery. Dr Prince and all of his staff made me feel comfortable

Dr Prince and all of his staff made me feel comfortable. I got in on time for my appointment. His staff took x-rays which Dr Prince reviewed and then came right in to show me the problems while explaining the options to me. I wasn't sure he would want to spend the time with me regarding my thumb, shoulder and knee. He answered all my questions, gave me two injections and planned a revision surgery for my knee.
