This is the cutest little crinoline we've ever seen! We use two layers of soft netting in the body as well as in the sweet ruffle along the bottom. The wide ruffle adds just enough body as an undergarment without the full crinoline effect, and brings the length to just about 19". The elastic waist is a covered in lovely satin for a refined look.
