CPR Family and Friends

The CPR for Family and Friends course targets parents, grandparents, family members and other caregivers who want to learn rescue skills for adults, children, & infants, since you are the first person to often react in an emergency.  In this class you will not be given a certification or take a test. 

Description of class:

• American Heart Association CPR
• Learn how to perform hands only CPR on adults
• Learn how to perform CPR on infants & children
• Learn how to relieve foreign body airway obstruction
• Learn how to reduce the risk of accidents

Cost: $20.00 per person

Individuals who have pre-existing conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, the elderly, pregnancy, and immunocompromised status, etc., and individuals who are unvaccinated or not up to date with vaccines places one at greater risk of acquiring/transmitting the disease. We recommend masking and social distancing with any event.

Free parking is provided in the Summa Health Corporate Office surface parking lot. The parking lot is located at the rear of the building. Parking is provided in the visitor parking spaces. If there is not a visitor parking spot you may park in the reserved parking. Enter the building through the rear entrance, Door 1. The classroom is in the Gorge Conference Room.

Cancellation Policy

All registrations are subject to the following policy: Please notify us at least one business day prior to the course regarding schedule change.  A $10 processing fee will be incurred for cancellations made less than one business day prior to class and will be deducted from any refund amount due.

Failure to attend the class will forfeit the class fee.
