2-Evening Marathon Childbirth Class

This two evening class is designed for first time parents who want to receive basic information about the birth experience delivered in a two evening session. You will learn tools to prepare you for the physical and psychological experiences of labor, birth and postpartum.

This session will cover:

• Signs of labor and what do I do
• Stages of labor
• Comfort measures, epidurals, pain control
• Breathing & relaxation
• Labor positions
• Cesarean birth
• What can my partner do
• Delivery of baby
• Postpartum

• Fever
• Cough
• Shortness of breath
• Difficulty breathing
• Chills
• Headache
• Sore throat
• Loss of taste or smell

• Two pillows
• One blanket or something comfortable to lie on the floor

If anyone joins this class the breastfeeding class is free.

Cancellation Policy:

All registrations are subject to the following policy:  Please notify us at least one business day prior to the course regarding schedule changes. A $10 processing fee will be incurred for cancellations made less than one business days prior to class and will be deducted from any refund amount due. Failure to attend the class will forfeit the class fee.
